Connecticut Age Well Collaborative
The Connecticut Age Well Collaborative's work to foster greater aging, dementia, and disability inclusivity across the lifespan is increasingly essential. The populations you serve continue to grow, and so must your ability to deliver for them.
Currently, the public is largely unaware of the Collaborative's work. Though your staff has increased their meaningful one-on-one relationships with municipal government officials, limited resources (in your case: staff size, time, and finances) equate to limited impact.
Video - a key element in most companies' marketing and PR efforts - is especially beneficial for a small organization. Below are three brief suggestions for how the Collaborative can use video to further its reach through authentic and genuine testimonials coupled with affecting b-roll footage and subtle music.
Each option can be pursued individually or as part of a larger communications campaign.
01
Brand Video
An overview video that exemplifies what needs CT Age Well Collaborative fills, who benefits from your work, and why you are essential; ending with a call-to-action to learn more about the Collaborative and support its mission.
Includes interviews with key staff, vocal supporters (e.g., Ken Lesser), and caregivers.
Budget range: $7,500-$22,000
Final budget will be based primarily on production style and number of filming days.
02
Social Clips
Brief clips (0:15-0:30) of interviews that support the Collaborative's marketing and communications objectives.
Clips can be pulled from interviews recorded for a Brand Video, filmed in one day/at one location expressly for social clips, and/or shot remotely using Riverside.fm.
Budget range: $500-$7,300
Budget is based on 1) method of filming (on-site or remotely) and 2) number of deliverables.
03
Age Well Fest Coverage
Live event coverage of the Age Well Fest Conference on September 12, 2024. Includes standup interviews, b-roll, news footage, and drone coverage.
Potential interviewees include staff, government officials, and event attendees.
Budget range: $8,800-$13,000
